Heavy 18 k gold London Fusee Lever Watch 1828 Lamb
Lovely Heavy gold 18 k fully hallmarked for 1828 early English lever watch made by the listed maker Edward Lamb working from No 43 Ludgate Hill London . Numbered 747. The watch has a gold balance wheel and is in good working order, I bought it many years ago as a Massey 3 escapment but I am not convinced so will sell it as an early lever. The watch is in good condition only fault a slight flaw in the gold dial easily seen in the seconds chapter ring. The watch is 51.4 mms in diameter and weighs 117.5 grams.
