This early watch is silver pair cased verge watch, made by Sam Bradley of Worcester, listed as working from 1744 and died 1783. The movement has square pillars and Tompion Regulator, with a fine pierced cock with grotesque mask. The watch case has no marks which is not unusual for this period apart from a number in the inner case 532. The watch dates to around 1740. The watch is in good original condition even retains its original hands, it is in  working order. Lovely original champeleve silver dial.
